In compliance with art. 13-14 of the GDPR 679/2016 (hereinafter the Privacy Regulation), we wish to inform you, for the purposes set out in the aforementioned Regulation or for the purposes of protecting persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data that may derive from the completion of the contacts on this website that the company Montegallo di Alice Catena (hereinafter Montegallo) needs to process some of your personal data to respond to your requests and / or expressions of interest. The "cookies" are stored in the visitor's device for the duration foreseen for each cookie (see Cookie policy page for more information). The data collected for the management of contacts through the site are processed and collected for the management of the request and for future commercial initiatives and up to the request for cancellation by the interested party.

It should be noted that whoever fills out the form and provides authorization for data processing always has the right to withdraw consent at any time as well as to request access to personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing of personal data, or even to oppose their treatment, in addition to the right to data portability.
